North Yemen

In 1978, North Yemen's anthem was changed and remained in use until the country merged with South Yemen in 1990. It was the anthem for South Yemen, however, that was chosen to be the new anthem for the whole nation.

The harmonization of text to music of this anthem was done by Mukadam Ali Al Yatim and Nakib Gamal Attiah.
