Micronesia (1979-1991)

Shortly after World War II what is now Micronesia was part of a United States trusteeship awarded by the United Nations from former Japanese administration. In 1979, four districts of the trusteeship ratified a new constitution, forming Micronesia. The words for the anthem of the new territory (which became fully independent in 1986) were taken from the preamble of the constitution, hence the title.
